What discounts do you offer?
Sonoran University Medicinary offers a 15% patient discount for each visit to the Medical Center or the Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine. Seniors 65 and over save 20% every day. Our discounts apply to eligible items purchased directly from the Medicinary (sorry, no online discounts at this time), and may not be combined with other offers.
What types of products do you offer?
We offer a curated selection of high-quality, supplements designed for anyone looking to better their health/ Our products include items such as vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathy and much more.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened items with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. However, for the safety of our patients and customers, we do not accept returns on homeopathy, tinctures, fish oil, dry herbs, topicals, refrigerated items, herbs, custom formulations, food, or special orders.
How do you handle shipping?
For standard shipping, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) with Priority Mail. It is essential to review all relevant address information, including apartment or unit numbers, before submitting your order. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Are there any shipping costs for returns?
Yes, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. We recommend reviewing our refund and exchange policy before processing a return to ensure compliance with our guidelines.
Can I special order items through you?
Absolutely! If you don’t find a product you are looking for from one of the brands we carry, we are happy to order it in specially for you. It’s simple: you pay for the item, we order it and let you know as soon as it is in. If your desired product is not from a brand we carry, we can help you find out if it’s available from our online partner, Fullscript.
Where do you source your supplements and herbs?
We take pride in offering the very highest quality, professional-grade supplements. Our brands have been vetted to ensure that they follow the strictest GMP guidelines and employ third-party testing to ensure the potency and purity of their products. Many of our manufacturers have scannable codes right on the bottles that provide specific information about the harvesting, manufacturing and testing of a product.

Our Medicinary staff is passionate about helping you find what you need! We can assist with general information and product comparisons. However, we do not provide medical advice, diagnose or make recommendations. We leave that to the professionals, like our Medical Center and Neil Riordan Center physicians, who excel at providing in-depth care and can create a treatment plan specifically designed for you.
